                      WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU SUBMIT:

                      • Once you submit the form below we will review the information you provided and align it to your original product confirmation on our end.
                      • Once we find the original invoice we will issue the refund with our payment processor through your original form of payment. Please allow that processing to take a few days, and be aware that the credit card company may take a few weeks for it to show up on your billing cycle. 
                      • After we receive your submission if we have any questions or are having any trouble locating your original confirmation we will get a hold of you at the email address you originally registered with. If we do have to reach out, please reply as soon as possible, as it could delay your refund if we can't get necessary information quickly.
