Although we are very sorry to hear you are requesting a partial refund, our goal is to provide the best customer service we can. That is why we offer partial refunds in the group and dedicated coaching programs. Because each of these situations is based on individual completion rates, after you submit the details below, we will review the options for a partial refund based on how much of the program you have already completed and how much of your program contract remains.
We never want anyone to have to utilize it, but we are happy that we can keep you happy if/when you feel it is needed. We will reach out to schedule time with you. Please expect an email from [email protected] once we have the options calculated.

Note this submission is ONLY available for the group or private/dedicated coaching offerings, this form is not for any of the On-demand programs. If you have refund questions for those programs please see the on demand refund policies page.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU SUBMIT:
- Once you submit the form below we will review the information you provided and align it to your original product confirmation on our end.
- Once we determine the partial refund value based on how much of the program is completed and how much remains we will set up a call with you to discuss the partial refund options. We will email you from [email protected] to discuss the options. Please reply to this option quickly so that we don't delay processing your partial refund.
- Once we have discussed the options and determined the best choice for you we will issue the agreed upon partial refund with our payment processor through your original form of payment. Please allow that processing to take a few days, and be aware that the credit card company may take a few weeks for it to show up on your billing cycle.
